Pure Cloud Training

Goal of the training

This training gives an overview of what Pure Cloud consists in, the end-user profiles, Pure Cloud voicemail configuration and management, the use of shortcodes. It contains exercises with physical phones and ConnectMe application. The participants will be introduced to the Fleet manager dashboard on the SMP for day-to-day tasks. The participants will also learn how to configure and use the ConnectMe application. After the training, the participants will be able to use the Service Management Platform (the Fleet Manager dashboard) to configure and update user parameters and to answer questions from end users.

• Features for the end-users
• Overview of the end-user profiles
• Pure Cloud voicemail configuration and management
• Shortcodes use
• Exercises with physical phones
• Exercises with the ConnectMe Application
• Fleet manager dashboard on the SMP
• Configuration of a user on the fleet manager

Target audience

The Pure Cloud training is intended for those who will use Pure Cloud and also for the ones who are responsible to manage the Pure Cloud solution powered by Escaux technology. The participants are required to have experience in IT application administration and low technical knowledge.

Number of Attendees

Maximum 8 people can attend the training.

Prerequisite

To make sure you're satisfied by the training the following must be ready before the training start

• Meeting room with beamer
• Internet access to the SMP for the trainer
• Telephony system up and running
• A PC with ConnectMe connection

Pure Mobile Training

Goal of the training

This training gives an overview of what Pure Mobile consists in :

• Pure Mobile voicemail configuration
• How to use ConnectMe application.
• How to contact support

It does not cover training of specific smartphones.

Target audience

The Pure Mobile training is intended for those who will use Pure Mobile and that are not familiar with technology like Connect Me.

Number of Attendees

Maximum 10 people can attend the training.

Prerequisite

To make sure you're satisfied by the training the following must be ready before the training start

• Meeting room with beamer
• Telephony system up and running
• A PC with ConnectMe connection
