When do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipment costs for the shipment of equipment aren't included in the initial offer unless formally stated.

This measure is mentioned in our general terms: "...All prices are exclusive of any freight, taxes (VAT, sales, use, personal property tax, etc.), customs, duties, 'impôts', transportation costs (incl. insurance costs, etc.), which all shall be borne by the Client. If nevertheless, Destiny pays such expenses, the Client agrees to pay immediately all amounts due upon receipt of the invoice...". Click here to access Destiny General Terms and Conditions.

The same rules applies in the framework of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure.

How do we calculate shipping costs?

Fuzer applies a simple rule to calculate shipping fees.

Basically, it depends on the amount of boxes contained in a shipment. A Box is defined as follows :

• Maximum size : 70*45*35cm (L*l*H)
• Maximum weight : 15kgs of material

Pricing

• for 1 box, the standard shipping fee = 16 euros
• for >1 box, the standard shipping fee = 50 euros
