Change Request
- For non-standard feature requests, please contact your Account Manager. With the help of the Presales team:
- he will inform you about the best alternative solutions that are currently available and about the product evolution roadmap,
- and he will inform our Product Management about your specific requests.
- For simple configuration changes or capacity changes or adding/removing services:
- The old Change Request form (EN) is still available for large enterprise customers.
- Please fill-in the part 1 "Request Description" and send the form by email to your Account Manager.
Migration Request
For migration requests from old Escaux-Fuzer telephony to Destiny SmartMobile Plus cloud communication services, please use this
Migration Request form (EN).
- To purchase additional support credits, please fill in this Support Credit order form (EN).
- Send the signed copy via fax or email as explained in the request form.
- Upon request to orders@fuzer.net, you can receive a quick order form to order
- additional material (extra phones, adaptors, ...)
- additional Destiny Mobile Services (new container, new users, ...)
- cabling works
