Change Request

  • For non-standard feature requests, please contact your Account Manager. With the help of the Presales team:
    • he will inform you about the best alternative solutions that are currently available and about the product evolution roadmap,
    • and he will inform our Product Management about your specific requests.

  • The old Change Request form (EN) is still available for large enterprise customers.
    • Please fill-in the part 1 "Request Description" and send the form by email to your Account Manager.

Migration Request

For migration requests from old Escaux-Fuzer telephony to Destiny SmartMobile Plus cloud communication services, please use this Migration Request form (EN).

Support Credit Order Form

  • To purchase additional support credits, please fill in this Support Credit order form (EN).
  • Send the signed copy via fax or email as explained in the request form.
