What is Teamleader?

Goal of the integration

The goal of the integration is to provide a single window application that integrates in a single user experience Teamleader and Connect Me with the following capabilities

  • Single window for the user to work in Teamleader contacts and in Connect Me
  • Teamleader contacts are integrated in Connect Me:
    • in the Windows application
    • in webapp
    • in Android app
    • in iOS app
  • Click-to-dial from Teamleader using:
    • the fix phones
    • the softphone
    • the GSM (via callback from IP-PBX)
  • Teamleader contact information pops up on incoming Connect Me calls
  • Easy rollout is done through a single application deployment (msi)

How to import contacts from Teamleader to ConnectMe

This step should be done one time by a Teamleader user who has access to all the contacts.

  • Go to https://bulk-contact.connect.fuzer.net/ (This link could vary if you are on another cloud than fuzer.net)
    • introduce your credential to enter in the application
  • Click on "create new addressbook"

  • Introduce the general information and click on save

  • Edit your address book and click on "Teamleader"

  • Introduce your Teamleader credential
  • The synchronization will be launched automatically
  • When done, a message will inform you that the synchronisation is done

How to integrate Connect Me for Windows with Teamleader

  • Go to ThirdParty integration, select "TeamLeader" and save your settings"

  • When you will log to connectme, Team Leader application will be displayed on the left side

What are the functionalities with ConnectMe App

Incoming call popup of contact information

  • When a phone number is detected to match a contact synchronized with Teamleader, an Icon blinks in the Teamleader integration part.
  • When clicking on the button the contact appears

If you want to have automatic popup of contacts, you need to set the ‘Auto’ switch If you have a missed call, the last contact appears (not blinking) in order to get the last call information.

Click-to-dial features

On any contact, you can use the Teamleader click to dial feature. The following popup appears in function of the device configured in your Telephony environment

FAQ

What are the minimal requirements?

  • Contact Synchronization work with UEP (Connect me) 2.25 or higher
  • To benefit from popup of Teamleader contacts:
    • Connect Me for Windows needs to be 2.0 or higher

In case you don’t have the right version of Pure Cloud, you can ask support to plan an upgrade. By default, it’s free of charged for Pure Cloud Customer. In case you have the option “a la carte” or Hybrid cloud, the time to upgrade your set-up will be charged on time and material.

Can I use it on Mac OS / Apple ?

Unfortunately, this integration is valid only on Windows PC. You need to use the 'Connect Me for Windows' app to benefit from this integration.

How often the refresh of the contact list is done?

Currently the refresh isn't automatic; you will need to refresh manually your data by synchronizing again if you need an update.

What is the pricing for this integration?

The integration is included in Connect Me for Windows, and supported by Pure Cloud product, and is free for early adopters (up to End 2020).
