Destiny has implemented an Anti-Bill shock service to protect you while using mobile data, by defining specific limits on data consumption. You will be notified by SMS when reaching these limits as defined below.

When you are blocked, you can send back an SMS to number 1966 with specific messages (see below). This SMS will unblock you for the current month. At the end of the month the service will reset automatically.

By Default, all Destiny Mobile users receive the "Standard Destiny Profile". You can contact your account manager to move users from one profile to another one.
