Fuzer has implemented an Anti-Bill shock service to protect you while using mobile data, by defining specific limits on data consumption. You will be notified by SMS when reaching these limits as defined below.

When you are blocked, you can send back an SMS to number 1966 with specific messages (see below). This SMS will unblock you for the current month. At the end of the month the service will reset automatically.

By default, all Destiny Mobile users receive the "Standard Profile". You can contact your account manager to move users from one profile to another one.

VIP Profile (No Notification)

This profile is not available for all customers. It can only be ordered for companies with more than 20 cards (with a maximum of 10% of the cards). Please contact your Account manager if you want to activate it

(*) When you are blocked, you can continue to use mobile data by sending an SMS to number 1966 with the sentence mentioned in this column.
